For decades, our current point-of-sale system has faithfully supported your purchases at the Co-op. It has been part of our daily rhythm—familiar, dependable, and well-loved.
But as technology continues to evolve, we’ve reached a point where our long-standing system simply can’t keep up with the reliability and efficiency needed to serve you as well as you deserve.
In the week of March 16th, we will be transitioning to a new point-of-sale system.
This upgrade will help us:
- Improve checkout speed and reliability
- Reduce technical hiccups
- Better manage inventory and product availability
- Serve you more efficiently during busy times
With any change, there may be a short adjustment period for both our staff and shoppers. We appreciate your patience and grace as we learn the new system and work out any initial kinks. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smoother, faster, and more enjoyable in the long run.
